What does a subscription box mean?

The RattyFatty box is a monthly subscription box that contains a variety of goodies that you and your RattyFattys can enjoy each month. The box is shipped on the 1st of each month!
Is the box the same every month?

NO! The RattyFatty Box has different items each month! However, some boxes will have themes based on the different special occasions. Such as, October having a Halloween themed box and December having a Christmas themed box!
Can I choose what I want to have in my box?

At this moment we aren't currently offering different types of boxes however it's definitely on our roadmap this year! In the meantime, we have all our items separately priced on our store page.
How can I cancel my subscription?

We will be sad to see you go! If you decide that you no longer want to receive a RattyFatty box, email us at support@rattyfatty.co.uk and we will cancel within 24 hours.
